Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- With the exception of packages of excursions (combos) or special offers, there will be no charges on the total value of your reservation by cancellation that is made with more than 24 hours before the beginning of the excursion contracted. A charge of 100% on the total value of your reservation will be applied for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the excursion.
- Excursions packages (combos) or special offers have a cancellation policy without charge if this is done with more than 72 hours before the start of the first excursion contracted in the package. After this period of time the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total value of the reservation. Refunds in case of packages of excursions (combos) will be made to the part or portion of excursion undone and previously justified. Refunds (total or partial) will be processed through the payment platform and reintegrated directly into your Pay Pal account. If you do not present your self (no show) to the excursion, you will have a charge of 100% of the value of your reservation. After being no Show in a contracted activity, in some cases and depending on the provider there will be the possibility of re-scheduling your excursion, but in no case will a refund be made if the re-scheduled excursion is canceled either by you (the customer) or the Provider for whatever reason.
Change your reservation

Confirmation of booking information.
